Privacy & Cookies Policy

This notice explains what personal information Andreou Transfers may collect through this website, why it is used, and the choices and rights available to you.

Draft updated 11 September 2026

1. Who we are

Andreou Transfers provides private transfer services in Cyprus. For personal information collected through this website and in connection with transfer enquiries, Andreou Transfers acts as the data controller.

Privacy enquiries may be sent to info@andreoutransfers.com.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the website, we may collect:

  • Contact details such as your name, email address and telephone number.
  • Journey details such as pickup location, destination, date, time, flight number, passenger count and any information included in your message.
  • Correspondence and records relating to your enquiry or transfer.
  • Technical information such as device, browser, approximate location, pages viewed and cookie preferences, where applicable.
  • Security signals processed by Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish genuine visitors from automated bots. The contents of your enquiry are not sent to Turnstile.

Please do not include sensitive personal information unless it is genuinely necessary for us to arrange an accessible or appropriate service.

3. How and why we use information

We may use personal information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, arrange and deliver transfers, communicate about a journey, maintain business records, secure and improve the website, and comply with legal obligations.

Depending on the activity, processing may be necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, to perform a contract, to meet a legal obligation, for legitimate business interests that do not override your rights, or because you gave consent—for example, for optional cookies.

Submitting a transfer request does not by itself create a confirmed booking. Availability and price must be confirmed separately.

4. Sharing and international transfers

Information may be shared only where necessary with service providers supporting hosting, email, communications, website security, analytics or business administration, and with professional advisers or public authorities where legally required. Cloudflare provides the Turnstile bot-protection service. The final email service provider will be identified here once selected.

Where a provider processes personal information outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards should be used as required by applicable data-protection law. The final policy will identify all relevant production providers before publication.

5. How long information is kept

Personal information should be retained only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including responding to an enquiry, providing a service, resolving disputes and meeting tax, accounting or other legal requirements. Final retention periods will be documented before launch.

6. Your data-protection rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to request access to your personal information, ask for inaccurate information to be corrected, request erasure or restriction, object to certain processing, receive portable information, or withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

To exercise a right, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies and similar browser storage can remember information about a visit. Strictly necessary technologies support essential functions and do not require consent. Optional analytics or marketing technologies will remain disabled unless you choose to allow them.

Security and preference storage

The website stores andreou_cookie_consent in local browser storage solely to remember the choices made in the consent panel. It does not currently load analytics or advertising services.

The enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile as a strictly necessary security measure. It processes limited browser and security signals to check whether a submission is likely to be made by a person rather than a bot. Further details are available in the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum. The production cookie table must be reviewed against the final configuration before publication.

8. Contact and complaints

Questions, requests or concerns about this policy may be sent to info@andreoutransfers.com.

You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to address your concern.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the website, services or legal requirements change. The latest revision date will appear at the top of this page.
